How COVID-19 affected practices for fiscal governance and social justice

“We had such great plans….”

Like many people, I muttered this to myself more than a few times in 2020.

For the Fiscal Governance Indicators project, those plans included wrapping up 18 months of work that included identifying some of the “hardest to measure” outcomes for partners working in fiscal governance and social justice, designing a new set of tools to measure these, and piloting and disseminating these exciting new resources.
